The Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP) is a high deductible health plan that provides a cost-effective way to access medical care. This plan allows members to utilize a Health Savings Account to pay for routine healthcare expenses by setting funds aside on a pre-tax basis. The Base Plan has lower deductibles, helps protect against unforeseen medical expenses and provides choices for quality, affordable care. The Base Plan has the advantage of a lower deductible and out-of-pocket costs than the CDHP but has a higher premium cost. 

The Plus Plan has the lowest deductible, helps protect against unforeseen medical expenses and provides choices for quality, affordable care. The Plus Plan has the advantage of the lowest deductible and out of pocket costs than the other two plans but has the highest premium cost.
